Statistical Tolerance Analysis for Assured Analog Test Coverage

Increasing numbers of analog components in today's systems necessitate system level test composition methods that utilize on-chip capabilities rather than solely relying on costly DFT approaches. We outline a tolerance analysis methodology for test signal propagation to be utilized in hierarchical test generation for analog circuits. A detailed justification of this proposed novel tolerance analysis methodology is undertaken by comparing our results with detailed SPICE Monte-Carlo simulation data on several combinations of analog modules. The results of our experiments confirm the high accuracy and efficiency of the proposed tolerance analysis methodology.     

A Detection-Theoretic Model of Echo Inhibition.

A detection-theoretic analysis of the auditory localization of dual-impulse stimuli is described, and a model for the processing of spatial cues in the echo pulse is developed. Although for over 50 years "echo suppression" has been the topic of intense theoretical and empirical study within the hearing sciences, only a rudimentary understanding of its mechanisms has emerged. In this article, psychometric functions and results from matching studies are used in developing a model that specifies the perceived position of the echo pulse as a normal deviate, with an expectation that is a logistic function of the echo delay and a variance that depends on interaural time difference. Loss of information in the echo event is quantified as a decline in the efficiency with which the binaural system receives information from the lag impulse. 本文提出了一个自修正的非平稳信号模型,并设计了时变最优滤波器于视觉诱发脑电波 的估计.估计出的信号与原始信号的各波峰潜伏期严格保持一致,而波峰幅值略有衰减.给 出的仿真与实体试验结果都证明了本方法的有效性.     

一种新的HEMT小信号模型参数提取方法

介绍了一种高电子迁移率晶体管(HEMT)的小信号参数提取方法——综合多偏置点优化参数提取法。该文首先推导并提出了器件的模型、确定外部参数和内部参数，其次介绍了多偏置点优化算法。最后，以PHEMT器件为例进行鲁棒性和精确性测试，实验采用一系列随机起始值，结果表明，提取的参数值与经验值相差小于1％。     

基于通信信道的视频传输系统的设计

提出了一种利用PCM基群信道进行视频信号传输的方法,介绍了传输系统的工作原理,对视频编码器进行了较为详细的分析,并采用数字信号处理器作控制器,实现了视频信号的实时传输。     

基于人文关怀的信号配时方法研究

在传统的信号配时中，都是以减少车辆的总延误为目标，这样并不能很好地体现出整个社会中人的时间价值。现以减少所有通过交叉口的出行者的总延误为目标，在传统的信号配时方案的基础上，提出了一套新的配时方案，同时以减少全部出行者的总延误时间为目标给出了相应的延误评价公式，最后以杭州市文一路-古翠路口的实测交通数据进行分析，论证了本配时方案的有效性。     

混沌协议同步机制研究

利用实际通信平台,从网络通信协议的思路出发,结合通信环境对UDP协议进行了适当改造,提出了一种基于协议同步的混沌语音保密通信新系统,研究了实现协议同步的基本思想、算法实现技术及混沌信号、混沌加密信息的相关统计特性,建立了混沌协议同步机制.     

STUDY ON PHASE PERCEPTION IN SPEECH

The perceptual effect of the phase information in speech has been studied by auditory subjective tests. On the condition that the phase spectrum in speech is changed while amplitude spectrum is unchanged, the tests show that: (1) If the envelop of the reconstructed speech signal is unchanged, there is indistinctive auditory perception between the original speech and the reconstructed speech; (2) The auditory perception effect of the reconstructed speech mainly lies on the amplitude of the derivative of the additive phase; (3) td is the maximum relative time shift between different frequency components of the reconstructed speech signal. The speech quality is excellent while td <10ms; good while 10ms< td <20ms; common while 20ms< td <35ms, and poor while td >35ms.

一种便于观测的信号抽样及复原方法

利用倍频器，将重复频率与连续信号ｔ（ｔ）的频率相同的方波进行若干次倍频后，对连续信号进行抽样，从而获得离散的抽样信号ｆｓ（ｔ），再利用有源低通滤波器使其复原成连续信号ｆ（ｔ）。避免了一般抽样器不便于观测的缺点。
